Dr. Bray received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto in 1994. He subsequently attained his Master's degree in the Surgical Scientist Program and underwent plastic surgery training. In 2001, Dr. Bray became a board-certified member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. An active member of the surgical staff at the Toronto Western Hospital and an assistant professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, Dr. Bray plays a significant role in the training and development of medical students, residents and future plastic surgeons.

Boasting extensive experience in computers, information technology, clinical photography and digital imaging, Dr. Bray applies this knowledge to his interest in Medical Informatics. In collaboration with the Department of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, Dr. Bray has received numerous grants for his work on developing information technology tools designed to enhance patient education. His presentations on the subject have received both national and international acclaim.
